- ½ cup dates
- 3 tbsp almond flour
- 3 tbsp raw cashews not roasted or salted
- 2 tbsp dry rolled oats
- 1 tbsp vegan dark or semisweet chocolate chips (whichever is preferred) to make this recipe raw, use cocoa nibs instead of chocoate chips
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- pink salt a pinch to taste
Blend the cashews first, to make sure they are a powder. Then add the oats, making sure it becomes a fine powder.
Then add the rest of the ingredients, except the chocolate chips, until a dough is formed and there are no dates/nuts chunks remaining.
Remove the mixture from the blender. Stir in the chocolate chips by hand.
Shape the dough into 6 equal balls.
Eat them right away, or store them in the refrigerator in an airtight container for later.
