Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp (30mL) pure maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp (20g) chia seeds
  • 1 cup (250mL) almond milk
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract
  • cup (30g) dry quick-cooking oats
  • 1 medium (about 170g) ripe banana
  • 1 tbsp (10g) cacao nibs or vegan chocolate chips (15g)
  • 2 tbsp (13g) crushed walnuts

Instructions
 

  • Mix the oats, vanilla, almond milk, agave syrup and chia seeds.
  • Cut the banana and put it on top, and sprinkle on the cocoa nibs and walnuts. 
  • Put in the fridge for at least 20 minutes or overnight.
  • Eat it cold out of the refrigerator. Enjoy!
