- ¾ cup oat milk heated in a small saucepan
- ¼ cup espresso
- 1 tbsp coconut sugar
- ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
- ¼ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp turbinado sugar for topping
- ⅛ tsp ground cinnamon for topping
- vegan whipped cream for topping
Pour coffee and all ingredients into a coffee mug, except the heated milk. Froth it well.
Froth milk separately, then pour it over top.
Top with optional whipped cream. Then add an optional cinnamon sugar mixture on top of the whipped cream.
Serve!
