- ¼ cup soft Medjool dates pitted
- 1 cup warm water
- pinch ground cinnamon
Blend together all ingredients until liquid. Optionally, strain through a sieve to avoid any small date chunks in the drinks.
Adjust the amount of water as desired. Add in some ice cubes, if a cold drink is preferred.
Pour into a glass and enjoy as a natural energy drink!
