  • High Speed Blender

Ingredients
  

  • ¼ cup soft Medjool dates pitted
  • 1 cup warm water
  • pinch ground cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • Blend together all ingredients until liquid. Optionally, strain through a sieve to avoid any small date chunks in the drinks.
  • Adjust the amount of water as desired. Add in some ice cubes, if a cold drink is preferred.
  • Pour into a glass and enjoy as a natural energy drink!

    • Store in a covered pitcher in the refrigerator for up to one day.
