This Lemon Ginger & Turmeric Water recipe can be hot or cold. It's the perfect immunity-boosting drink to get you glowing from the inside out!

Ingredients
  

  • pinch ground black pepper
  • pinch ground turmeric
  • cups water
  • ½ medium lemon sliced into semicircles
  • 4 thinly grated slices ginger

Instructions
 

  • Mix together all the ingredients in a small saucepan over medium heat.
  • Allow the water to boil. Then turn off the heat and cover the pot.
  • Let it sit for 15 minutes, until the flavors have infused into the water.
  • Enjoy it hot, or refrigerate it in a pitcher once it has cooled to room temperature, to drink it cold!

    • Store in a covered pitcher in the refrigerator for up to three days.
