Homemade Gluten Free Air Fryer Croutons Recipe
This homemade Gluten Free Air Fryer Croutons recipe is the perfect way to turn an extra slice of bread into a delicious salad topper!

- 2 slices vegan, gluten-free bread cut into cubes
- 2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tsp Italian seasoning
- pink salt as desired
- black pepper as desired
Add the cubed bread to a large bowl.
In a separate small bowl, add in the oil and seasonings. Stir to combine.
Drizzle over top of the bread, tossing to coat with the oil mixture.
Spread the coated bread cubes in an even layer onto an air fryer tray in a single layer.
Bake for 4 minutes at 375 degrees F. Stop the air fryer after 2 minutes, shake the bread around, then put it on for another 2 minutes. The bread will turn that golden brown color very fast, so keep an eye on it!
Once done in the air fryer, allow the bread to cool before using in a salad. Enjoy!
