- 5 small plums washed and chopped, reserving a few slices
- ½ teaspoon freshly grated ginger
- 2 tsp fresh lemon juice
- ¼ cup club soda or chilled water
- ice
- 2-3 lemon slices
Add in the lemon and plum slices into a glass cup. Fill the cup halfway with ice.
Blend together all ingredients in a high-speed blender until smooth, except the lemon slices and reserved plum pieces.
Strain the mixture into the cup. Enjoy!
