Ingredients
  

  • ¾ cup silken tofu
  • 1 cup oat milk
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 1-2 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • cup ice

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients into a blender. Start with 1 tbsp maple syrup. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
  • Taste and add the extra tbsp of maple syrup as desired. (This will also depend on whether the milk you choose has added sugar or not).
  • Enjoy!
