- ¾ cup full-fat coconut milk frozen into ice cubes
- 2 tbsp pure maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- pinch pink salt
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 cup unsweetened oat milk chilled
- vegan whipped cream optional topping
For the Cinnamon Swirl
- 1 tbsp coconut sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- hot water
For the Frappuccino
Blend together all ingredients for the frappuccino, except the whipped cream, until smooth.
Pour into a tall glass.
In a small bowl, mix together the coconut sugar and ground cinnamon for the swirl. Add in hot water, a little bit at a time, until a thick paste forms.
Use this paste to smear some on the sides of the cup before pouring in the drink. Reserve some for the topping.
Top the frappuccino with optional whipped cream, then a drizzle of the cinnamon swirl mixture to top it off. Enjoy!
