  • 3 tbsp tahini
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro chopped
  • ½ tsp ground, roasted cumin seeds
  • ½ tsp coriander powder
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp silken tofu (-33 grams)
  • 1 medium garlic clove
  • ¼ tsp pink salt

Instructions
 

  • Blend together all ingredients in a high-speed blender, until a smooth sauce forms. Add a little water to thin it out, if desired.
  • Use a salad dressing, veggie dip or as a sandwich spread!
