- 3 tbsp tahini
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro chopped
- ½ tsp ground, roasted cumin seeds
- ½ tsp coriander powder
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 tbsp silken tofu (-33 grams)
- 1 medium garlic clove
- ¼ tsp pink salt
