Equipment

  • 4 Popsicle Molds
  • Blender

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ¾ cup full-fat, canned coconut milk
  • ¼ cup oat milk
  • 3 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • pinch pink salt

Instructions
 

  • Blend together all ingredients until they have a creamy consistency.
  • Pour the milk mixture into your favorite popsicle mold. You will need around 4 molds, depending on their size.
  • Freeze for about 6 hours or overnight.
  • Once ready to eat, remove the molds from the freezer and run under boiling hot water. The fudgesicles should slowly start to come out of the mold.
  • If they're still stuck, keep running it under hot water until they are easily removed. Enjoy!
