Equipment

  • Electric Hand Mixer optional

Ingredients
  

  • ¼ cup vegan butter softened to room temperature, not melted
  • 4 oz vegan cream cheese ½ of an 8 oz pack
  • 11 tsp powdered xylitol
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • tsp vanilla extract
  • ¼ tsp pink salt
  • ¾ cup vegan semisweet chocolate chips
  • vegan animal crackers for dipping

Instructions
 

  • Mix together all ingredients, except the chocolate chips and animal crackers, in a medium bowl until a dip forms. You can do this manually, or with an electric hand mixer for a fluffier texture.
  • Stir in the chocolate chips.
  • Spoon the cream cheese mixture into a serving bowl. Serve with vegan animal crackers, pretzels or your favorite dipping foods. Enjoy!
