- ¼ cup vegan butter softened to room temperature, not melted
- 4 oz vegan cream cheese ½ of an 8 oz pack
- 11 tsp powdered xylitol
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1¼ tsp vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp pink salt
- ¾ cup vegan semisweet chocolate chips
- vegan animal crackers for dipping
Mix together all ingredients, except the chocolate chips and animal crackers, in a medium bowl until a dip forms. You can do this manually, or with an electric hand mixer for a fluffier texture.
Stir in the chocolate chips.
Spoon the cream cheese mixture into a serving bowl. Serve with vegan animal crackers, pretzels or your favorite dipping foods. Enjoy!
