Equipment

  • Food Processor

Ingredients

  • 1⅓ cups dried papaya
  • 2 cups dried pineapple

Instructions

  • Add the two dry ingredients in the blender or bowl of a food processor. Blend until a dough forms (like a sticky ball). This might take a little time.
  • Line a container with parchment paper.
  • Shape the dough into 24 balls, placing in the container. Separate layers of the energy balls with another layer of parchment paper. It will be easier to use slightly wet hands when shaping this dough.
  • Once done, place them in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours to firm up. Remove from the refrigerator when ready to eat. Enjoy!

Notes

  • Storage
    • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks.
