Ingredients

oat flour

light brown sugar

xylitol

vegan butter
softened
¼
tsp
vanilla extract

pink salt

tsp
oat milk
as needed

semisweet vegan chocolate chips
Instructions
In a medium bowl, mix together the oat flour, brown sugar, xylitol and salt.
In a separate medium bowl, mix together the vegan butter and vanilla.
Add the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients, stirring to combine. Add in up to 2 tsp oat milk, if needed for texture.
Lastly, stir in the chocolate chips. Enjoy!
